Rest until the 40:00 minute mark then…

3 rounds of:
  • 15 Strict Pull Ups
  • 30 Strict Shoulder Press 75#/55#
  • 100 Air Squats 
WOD DATE AND TIME: SUNDAY 5/31 @ 1PM

Endurance:

Run 2-6 x 16 minutes at 90% of your 5K TT with a 4 minute rest between efforts
