- Rest as needed
- 12 Clean and Jerk
- Rest as needed
- 9 Clean and Jerk
*This portion is done for maximal load. Reps must be unbroken. You can rest overhead, in the rack, or at the hang, but not on the ground.
Part #2
Done with a partner relay style:
- 12 Rounds (each or 24 total)
- 500 Meter Row
- 50 Double Unders
